Gibson are pleased to release a new version of the Hummingbird Standard with rosewood back and sides that has all the playing and sonic characteristics youâd expect from the world-renowned square-shouldered acoustic but with slightly fuller bass response and overtone complexity due to the rosewood body. The Hummingbird Standardâs mahogany neck has a comfortable rounded profile and mother-of-pearl parallelogram inlays. Also available as left-handed models, these âbirds have a TUSQÂź nut, saddle, and bridge pins, gold GroverÂź RotomaticÂź tuners, the iconic Hummingbird graphics on the pickguards, and are equipped with L.R. BaggsÂź VTC electronics, so theyâre ready to plug in on stage or in the studio. A Gibson hard-shell case is included.
