How long will it take for my instrument to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger items like digital pianos or drum kits, please allow up to 7-10 business days for specialized freight delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on musical equipment?
Yes, all new products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for high-value instruments at checkout.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied with the sound?
We offer a 30-day 'Play It Love It' guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding certain hygiene-related items like reeds or mouthpieces.
Are instruments inspected before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Our in-house technicians perform a multi-point inspection and basic setup on all guitars and orchestral strings to ensure they are ready to play right out of the box.
